Our Additve Manufacturing Facility
Our production facility is equipped with two nikon SLM 280 2.0 metal additive printer, capable of producing high-quality parts.
Using Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology, we manufacture complex metal parts with geometries that are impossible or highly challenging to achieve using conventional machining methods, while also reducing material wastes.
We manufacture parts using a wide range of metal alloys, including :
– maraging steel (M300) and stainless steel (316L)
– aluminium alloys : AlSi, CP1 abd Scalmalloy
– inconel 718
– copper alloys
Our Machining Center
Our machining center is adapted to produce complex parts of very variable sizes, while respecting their specifications, explicit and implicit needs and quality and environmental standards.
It includes :
– 12 mills from ranging capacity (up to 5000x2200x1250mm)
– 3 lathes
– 2 EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) centers
